Refund policy
At SOR Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. Because we partner with boutique suppliers to bring you the latest trends, our return process follows specific guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
1. The 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to our partnership with our suppliers, we cannot accept return requests or authorized returns initiated after this 7-day window, unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed (free of makeup, deodorant, or smoke scents).

With all original tags still attached.

In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU (barcode) label intact.
Note: Items returned without the original clear packaging or SKU label may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Jewelry, Intimates, Lingerie, and Bodysuits.

Swimwear.

Beauty and Cosmetic products.

Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@sorfashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

For Damaged/Defective Items: Please include clear photos of the defect in your email. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for confirmed defects.

Return Authorization: Do not ship items back to the "sender" address on your package. You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct warehouse address from us first. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be identified or refunded.
5. Shipping Costs

USA Orders: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Canada & International Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of international returns.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
