Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at SOR Fashion. We take pride in sourcing high-quality pieces from a curated network of boutique suppliers. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Times

All orders are subjected to a quality inspection before they are packed and shipped.

  • Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Peak Season: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times depend on the location of the boutique warehouse fulfilling your order.

  • US-Based Items: 2–5 business days after processing.

  • Overseas Boutique Items: 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International (Canada & Global): 8–15 business days depending on customs and local carrier speeds.

  • Unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.

3. Split Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations.

  • You will receive a unique tracking number for each package sent.

  • You will not be charged extra for multiple shipments on a single order.

4. Shipping Rates

  • United States: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.

  • Canada & International: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

SOR Fashion is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • We highly recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us at info@sorfashion.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
